Design and Building - Flat per site fee based on site complexity or lack thereof.
Generally around $75/page for less complex sites.

Publishing- $25 per hour (Half hour minimum)

Maintenance- $25 per hour (Half hour minimum)

Search Engine Optimization- Results based fee (ie. if your site ranking doesn't improve, I don't get paid!)
